Jay and Laura Engaged

In late September I joined Jay and Laura where their wedding will take place.  Its a quiet little park with a cute little pavillion, just on the other side of Bath, Ontario.  After serveying, the two wanted to take advantage of the available light left of the day and have some engagement photos done at the waters edge. 
I can't wait till their wedding day, its going to be a lot of fun; with the wonderful fall colours we should get some excellent photos.  There will also be some special photos taken on their big day; I can't wait to show you the results.  Till next time, enjoy the photos... 

Jocelyn and Scott get Hitched! Part 1

Long time high school best friend (Jocelyn) recently got married to her Nova Scotian fiancee Scott here in Kingston.  It was a quiet fun filled day that suited the couple without a doubt.  It was sometime ago they asked me to participate in their wedding as a photographer.  Knowing that Scott is a professional photographer in Halifax I was nervous about the adventure but without hesitation I agreed and it was a great experience.  I also had the opportunity working with professional photographer (Lorraine Wasson Lorette) who is also their good friend from Halifx.  I found a couple of great places downtown kingston where the setting would be perfect for the couple, so, there you go, thats the back story.  Congratulations Joce and Scott, here are the photos...  Be warned, there are quiet a few photos, hard to choose between so many excellent photographs.

Nick and Michelle Expecting

Nick and Michelle just recently had a beautiful baby girl, Hailey Nicole.  Last month I was fortunate to spend the afternoon with the happy parents to be.  We had a nice BBQ and then set out in the pouring rain to do a photoshoot.  With mother nature not letting up we decided to venture out and do the shoot anyways.  It was cold, wet, and a lot of fun.  Wading in the water, getting stuck in the mud, and having some laughs made this such an enjoyable afternoon.  Congratulations to the new parents, now heres there maternity photos, Enjoy!

 

Fiat X1/9 photoshoot

Back in late July I had the opportunity to take a spin in this little red Fiat X1/9 convertible. Owned by a good friend and co-worker of mine, this little rocket has been a culmination of years of modifying, personalizing, dismantling, rebuilding and I can’t forget the countless hours of washing and polishing. One could go on and on with the details of this little ride but I’ll refrain and show you a few of the photos. Enjoy!

Jenn and Blaine Say I Do....

In May, we were given the opportunity to photograph Jenn and Blaine as they celebrated their love and commitment for one another in front of friends and family.  We couldn't have asked for a better day.   The weather was beautiful as was the setting.  It was an honour to capture the special moments of their wedding at Rideau Acres.  Below are a few photographs that I selected for viewing, enjoy.....
