Danielle and Shawn - "She Said Yes..."

Danielle contacted me several months ago looking for someone to photograph her up coming wedding.  When we met I instantly knew these were going to be two fun and very relaxed people to photograph.  They're both very down to earth and very much "country";  in fact, that will be the theme of their wedding, "Country".  Surrounded by fields of hay, wheat, corn, farm buildings, and just beautiful rolling hills it's going to be a wonderful place for a backyard wedding and for photos.  I can't wait till their big day, it's going to be a lot of fun... Until then, enjoy these pics we took of an impromptu engagement session.

Congratulations Danielle and Shawn, see you in July!

Cheers

Happy 1st Birthday Isobel

I had little Isobel and her family in for some birthday and family photos.  What an adorable little girl.  Happy 1st Birthday Isobel, and many more to come.  Here's a taste of her little photo shoot.

Cheers,

She Said Yes...

Hello all, I hope that everyone has gotten over the rush of Christmas and the New Year.  This past winter hasn't really been a typical Canadian winter at all... hardly any snow, not too cold, kinda makes you wonder what is going on with our weather.  Anyways, we have a lovely selection of photos from an engagement session we did for a wonderful couple this past November.  Becky and Tyler were great sports on this crisp November day and we can't wait to photograph their wedding in October.  Congratulations, good luck with the planning...

Enjoy!

We're Expecting

Hello everyone, if you follow us on our blog or facebook page for Scourse Photography you know that we haven't made any posts lately mainly because of the holiday season.  If you do follow us please have your friends check out our website http://www.scoursephotography.com/ or on our facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/Scourse-Photography/205623886128889 .   We haven't been too busy with photography work but steady enough considering the holiday season and all.  I hope everyone had a wonderful christmas.  Ours was quiet but we had a great time with friends and family, although it would have been nice if we had a little snow that day.  I think that this is the first christmas that I can remember where we didn't get any snow.

Now, I would like to announce that my lovely wife, Kristin, and I are expecting our second little one in March.  When we were expecting with our first(Riley) we had just purchased our Nikon and didn't know too much about photography.  This time however we decided to jump at the opportunity to do some nice maternity photos and they turned out pretty good. The weather was beautiful and a little chilly however Kristin was a real champ.  So without further adieu, here are the photos.  Cheers,
